Postage & Packing
UK courier delivery is free for all orders over £30.00. Goods remain the property of The Pet Experience Ltd until they are paid for in full. Customers should allow 2 working days for nationwide delivery and if they have any special delivery instructions these should be made aware to us at the time of ordering.
Orders under £30.00 are charged at £6 for UK nationwide delivery.
We only provide UK Mainland deliveries at present and cannot deliver to Northern Ireland. However, if you live in an excluded area please contact us and we will try and accommodate you.
Customers with a delivery address in Weymouth (DT3 or DT4 postcodes) will normally have their order delivered by our local delivery van, unless otherwise requested. Delivery days for Weymouth are Monday afternoons and Thursday afternoons. Orders must be placed before midday on the day of delivery for same-day delivery. Please bear this in mind when planning your next order.
