Payments & Goods
All payments must be made in advanced on our website before products are sent out (processed securely by Stripe)
Goods remain the property of The Pet Experience Ltd until they are paid for in full. Customers should allow 2 working days for delivery and if they have any special delivery instructions these should be made aware to us at the time of ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in postage and deliveries that are out of our hands. This includes delays by courier companies and severe weather conditions.
Please contact us to discuss and arrange returns and refunds on your order. Returns can be made via the shop or customers can post goods back to the shop address. Customers returning goods via post must contact us first to determine the best method of sending the product back and can only have their postage refunded if the product is faulty or defective. Refunds can only be given on goods returned in their original, un-opened packaging and in fully re-saleable condition except in cases where the product is faulty or defective.
Right to Cancel
Customers have a Right to Cancel their order up to 14 days after making their purchase online. Any goods being returned must be un-opened and in saleable condition.
Our website prices are correct to the best of our knowledge but we reserve the right to update our prices and remove sale items and promotions at any time.
