Roast Knuckle Bone

Description

Roast beef knuckle bones are a natural product. As a result, the size, weight and shape will vary. These roasted Knuckle bones have a rich, meaty flavour. They are one of our most popular chews either as an occasional treat or a weekly favourite! Furthermore, the act of chewing can be therapeutic for your dog. Chewing triggers the release of endorphins which can help ease stress at time of anxiety.

For your dog’s safety, the following tips may be helpful when offering a Knuckle bone:

• Always supervise chewing
• Have water readily available
• Remove any fragments that fall off the bone during the course of chewing
• Restrict chewing time to 10 or 15 minutes at a time
• Place the bone in a plastic bag in the fridge when it is not being chewed to keep it fresher
• Throw the bone away after 3-4 days to reduce the risk of contamination
